Develop UK Action Plan on IUU fishing

This project followed on from a project to assist DEFRA and DFID to plan future work and implementation of the recommendations of the High Seas Task Force (HSTF) on Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) fishing.  The aim was to take the draft options for the UK action plan through consultation to a formal Action Plan document.
