Evaluation of MSC FIP scoring tools

As part of MSC’s drive to support fisheries that want to meet the MSC Fisheries Standard they have started the development of a software tool to facilitate the development of Fishery Improvement Projects (FIPs) and increase the chance that FIPs will improve and meet the MSC Fisheries Standard. 

The Pre-MSC software tool will replace the Fishery Improvement Action Plan Template and also include functionality carry out the pre-assessment scoring and automatic reporting (Benchmarking and Tracking Tool). 

MRAG was tasked to evaluate the new MSC tools as part of a 1-day workshop.
