University stock assessment and curriculum development

The West Africa Regional Fisheries Programme (WARFP) in Liberia wish to engage an international university on a long-term contract to undertake an assessment of the status of fish stocks in Liberia while providing training to selected staff of the Bureau of National Fisheries (BNF) and Government. The contract will also require the university to develop and implement a curriculum for a training and education programme for fisheries at the University of Liberia.
