MRAG provided Technical Assistance to five selected Pacific ACP States to develop an MCS Operations Manual  to be used by their MCS officers (and will be available for use by MCS officers of other countries in the region if requested) with a view to improving their global MCS capacity.  MRAG consultants developed an MCS Operations Manual focusing primarily on oceanic fisheries to be ready for use nationally by the five selected countries.
