Dhanish Mouhamad

Dhanish Mouhamad is an IT Consultant at MRAG, holding a BSc in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London and with 3 years of experience in IT. He maintains MRAG IT infrastructure including; servers, laptops, PC’s ,cloud services as well as supporting users . He has previously worked at the University of East London (UEL) as an IT Solutions Assistant, providing technical support to users and helping resolve a wide range of issues. His role involves responding to incidents and service requests via phone, email, and remote support. 

Dhanish is committed to maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring the timely resolution of incidents, and taking ownership of both service requests and incidents. He is proactive in his approach to solving problems and consistently strives to deliver excellent support.
